Pack contains one temporary tattoo (note that you can separate the star and the dragon by carefully cutting the backing paper with a sharp knife). Application is easy, simply peel the protective plastic away and press the tattoo against dry, clean skin and hold damp cloth against the back of the tattoo. Wait 30 seconds and peel off the backing paper. Gently rinse with water for best effects.
